3rd Year Home Economics-Exploring Alternative Proteins! 

Our 3rd Year students cooked up a delicious Chickpea Curry as part of their Alternative Protein chapter.

They learned how plant-based ingredients like chickpeas can be a tasty, nutritious and sustainable source of protein.

The students practiced key skills such as chopping, sautéing and seasoning, with all getting amazing results!
