Senior Rugby Training Kick-Off at De La Salle College

Tuesday 17 September marked an exciting beginning for our senior rugby program at De La Salle College, with the first training session of the 2024-2025 academic year. The students were thrilled to benefit from the expertise of Ray McCabe, Rugby Officer at Leinster Rugby and Director of Rugby at DKIT. Ray’s vast experience and coaching knowledge provided invaluable insights and inspiration for our players.

A special highlight of the day was the presence of the Six Nations trophy, which Ray brought along. It was a memorable moment for everyone, symbolising the high standards and aspirations we have for the season ahead.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ray McCabe for his time and commitment, and to Mr. Simon O’Shea, our head of rugby here at the De La Salle, for facilitating this incredible opportunity. We look forward to many more successful sessions and are excited about the growth and development of our students throughout the year.
