Delicious Fruit Salads made by 1st Year Home Economics class
A big well done to our first year Home Economics students who did a fantastic job making their very own fruit salads
They learned how to:
Prepare and handle food safely
Use kitchen equipment correctly
Practice good hygiene
Work together and have fun in the kitchen!
The results were colourful, fresh and delicious
