3rd Year Trip-Explorium–The National Sports and Science Centre

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are excited to inform you about an upcoming school trip for our Third Years to “Explorium–The National Sports and Science Centre”, in Sandyford, Dublin. “Explorium” is not only a fun destination but also offers numerous educational activities that align with our curriculum. (Check out their website: www.explorium.ie to get a taste of what’s on offer.) This will be a wonderful opportunity for the boys to engage with science and technology in a hands-on environment while enjoying their final adventure as a year group.

Details of the Trip:

 Date: Tuesday 3rd December 2024

 Departure Time: 8:30 AM from Mill Road Gate

 Return Time: 3:30 PM

 Cost: €28 (covers all activities and bus transport)

 Attire: PE uniform

 Lunch: Please provide a packed lunch for your son. There will also be canteen facilities available on-site.

 Pocket Money: If your son would like to purchase something from the gift shop, a small amount of pocket money is advisable.

We kindly remind you that normal school rules will apply during the trip to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
