Mr. McArdle, 3rd Year, Year Head, recently presented 3rd Year student Logan Lambert with a donation on behalf of the Board of Management of De La Salle College.
Logan has achieved an incredible honour by being selected to represent Ireland at the WAKO World Junior Championships in Jesolo, Italy . 🇮🇹
This is a significant achievement for Logan and for the Irish kickboxing community. Kickboxing continues to grow internationally, having received recognition from the International Olympic Committee, with the sport included in the European Olympic Games in Poland, and is now a recognised Olympic Sport.
Logan’s selection is the result of years of hard work, commitment and dedication to his sport. As he prepares to travel to Italy, he has also been fundraising to help cover the costs associated with competing at the Championships.
We are therefore delighted to support Logan and wish him every success on the world stage. We have no doubt he will do his family, friends, school and country proud. 🇮🇪
