This week, our 3rd-year Home Economics students baked delicious scones with Ms. Kerr, learning key baking skills and the importance of food hygiene. Great job, well done everyone!

This week, our 1st-year Home Economics students made fruit salads using delicious, in-season fruits. Along with practicing their knife skills, they learned about the benefits of seasonal eating and how it supports sustainability. Great work, everyone!
