The Hare’s Corner is an Irish environmental initiative that helps landowners, farmers and community groups create small, dedicated habitats for biodiversity, such as mini-woodlands, heritage orchards, wildlife ponds, and hedgerows. Inspired by an old farming phrase for an uncultivated, wild corner of a field, this Burrenbeo Trust-run project provides free expert advice, materials, and micro-funding to encourage “nature-positive” land use.
