The Fyffes FitSquad arrived to the De La Salle College in Dundalk on Wednesday morning where the school’s first and second year students were put through their paces by Tom Dalton before getting the opportunity to pick the brains of Dundalk FC stars Stephen O’Donnell, Brian Gartland, Stephen Folan and Ronan Murray. Dundalk Sport was on hand to capture all the action from this great initiative.
